Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the dough and form the balls rolling them in your hands to get dough packed together tightly. You can use a tablespoon measuring spoon to help keep them about the same size. Place the balls on the parchment paper and add them to your fridge to allow them to set for about 30 minutes.
